About Us
Eagle Claw Kung Fu (over 76 forms) is the most comprehensive system of authentic Kung Fu coming from China. It started with a famous general Yue Fei, then introduced in the Shaolin Temple. From there it was brought to the famous Chin Woo Association at its inception and is part of it today. Wu Tai Chi founders met the Eagle Claw Masters at the Chin Woo Association and it has become part of the modern system today as you can learn both styles. (Wu and Yang styles are taught here).

Personal Training
Eagle Claw as it is practiced today can be characterized by the use of claw techniques applied with speed and precision. Locks are a specialty of the system coming directly from the "108" hand techniques of Ngok Fei. The hands are capable of quick punches in combination with various palm strikes. Footwork consists of kicks (both very high and very low) in combination with sweeps and trips. Body movements are smooth using the twisting of the waist and quick agile stepping. Stances are low and sturdy. Flips, dives, and splits are also distinguishing features of the Eagle Claw System.
Today Tai Chi is taught mostly for health, but you can learn it as a martial art. Gaining proficiency in the martial aspects as well as for health requires practice and time. Although the movements of Tai Chi can be acquired in a matter of months, mastery of their ancient system of martial arts will require dedication and determination. Our Wu Tai Chi system is one of the most extensive systems available.
Wu Tai Chi System includes:
Breathing (Chi Gong) · 108 Slow Form · 108 Fast Form · Sword Form · Saber Form · 2-man Fighting Form · Stationary Push Hands · Running Push Hands · Self Defense Push Hands · Internal Power Training · The Way of the Ocean Wave · Chin Na · Shaking Power
